Cellar DoorSince 1985, Dianne and Owen Park, combined their research and horticultural backgrounds into producing a premium range of wines and the Park Estate experience. Now producing around 8,000 cases annually, 75% of the grapes are from the estate block, the remaining tonnage comes from selected Hawke’s Bay vineyards. At Park Estate the viticulturist and winemaker work together to produce only premium grapes therefore allowing quality wine to be crafted and then enjoyed. Emphasis is on retaining fruit character.
